Job description

We’re looking for talented and experienced Managers with a passion for genuine hospitality to join our growing team! Bluestone Lane requires General Managers and Assistant General Managers across both our coffee shops and cafes. If you think you’ve got what it takes to contribute to a fun and hard working team in a fast paced environment, then we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and coordinate FOH and BOH staff
• Oversee training of new recruits
• Liaise with suppliers
• Stock management and waste minimisation
• Facilitate effective communication both in-store, between stores and with upper management
• Be a strong team member with a willingness and ability to multitask
• Oversee banking, payroll and generating weekly performance reports
• Possess stellar organizational skills
• Maintain store cleanliness and Department of Health standards
• Perform friendly and attentive customer service. Take care of our locals!

Qualifications:

• A high level/sense of hospitality and desire to provide great service
• Good communication skills
• Previous management experience
• New York City Food Handlers Certificate or willingness to attain within 1 month from start date.

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $40,000.00 - $65,000.00
