Job description
We are seeking a qualified, ambitious and outgoing chocolate retail salesperson. As one of our team members, you are responsible for providing the highest level of customer service, communicating a deep knowledge of our products, creating a unique hand-made gift presentations and creating a welcoming and positive environment.
Responsibilities
--Educating guests about the world of chocolate and our unique selection
--Providing customers with excellent one-on-one sales and customer service
--Upselling, upselling and upselling
--Creating gift packaging presentations for our products
--Stocking sales counters and maintaining a profession display of our product
--Creating a welcoming and friendly environment
--Maintaining overall store organization and cleanliness
Qualifications:
--Highly personable, approachable and friendly
--Availability during peak gift giving seasons (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.)
--Ability to work in fast-paced environment
--Detail orientated and neat
--Takes initiative
--Ability to work with independently and with a diverse team
Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in the hospitality and/or high end retail sales
Compensation
this position is: hourly, varies DOE, $11.50 - $15.00
