Job Description Barista Cashier Wanted - Well presented, hard working, team player to make coffee drinks at our Coffee Bar that "proudly serves" Starbucks products, help run a cash register in the Blue Glass Café during lunch rushes, help with restocking and generally bring GREAT SERVICE to our VIP clientele in the John Hancock Tower (that's right, the tallest building in Boston at 200 Clarendon Street!).
We run our operations out of the Blue Glass Café in the first floor lobby of the building. While the building is not open to the public, the Blue Glass Café and Coffee Bar is! The Coffee Bar is open Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm with 8 hour shifts ranging across those hours. At the Coffee Bar it is a 4 person team with everybody helping out with whatever it takes to take care of each other and take care of the guest. When it's slow at the Coffee Bar, we slide over and help out in the café itself because we're all part of the Blue Glass Family!
Oh yeah, did we mention that we don't work nights or weekends unless we're rocking out some cool industry dinner/reception?
The pay is good, the hours are great, the team is eclectic. We offer full benefits including Health, Vision and Dental. Stay 90 days and not only will you get those Monday Holidays off, but you'll get paid for them too! Good luck finding that anywhere else.
