We are looking for an energetic and hyper-organized Onboarding Manager to help get restaurants started on the BentoBox platform. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a fast-growing startup serving the restaurant industry.

BentoBox is transforming the hospitality industry by helping restaurants stay at the forefront of technology. Our simple and integrated platform gives restaurants industry-specific tools to manage their website, marketing, and digital operations. BentoBox powers industry leaders such as The Meatball Shop, The Spotted Pig, Union Square Cafe, Luke's Lobster, Crafted Hospitality and many more.

REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiastic and love to hustle
- You will take a ton of ownership and initiative to solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Patience and clarity when speaking to customers who aren't tech savvy
- Interested in helping restaurant owners use technology more effectively
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of how websites are built and not afraid to get technical

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting awesome restaurants across the country get up and running on BentoBox
- Prepping for customer calls
- Assigning tasks to the design and content teams
- Website quality assurance (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
- Developing onboarding timelines
- Ensuring internal teams and customers adhere to timelines
- Training BentoBox customers on the platform and answering questions
- Helping shape future product development based off of conversations with customers

Compensation

this position is: salaried, varies DOE, $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
