ISSUE NO. 425

AND IT COMES FULL CIRCLE . . .

We're all here because at some point we realized that food is a subject worth further exploration. Sometimes we forget that because it is so interconnected to our daily rhythms. Not only does it help physically fuel us - it is the touchstone that helps us make sense of the rest of the world.

We can't help but notice that no matter the occasion, we're drawn back to food: cooking it, growing it, sharing it, reading about it, enjoying it. In times that are celebratory, challenging and / or confusing, we come back to the thing that provides comfort, an outlet for creativity, and a grounding force.

Here's to continued exploration and a point of meaningful connection.
