Job description
The Finance Manager is a senior financial leader responsible for the integrity, performance, and strategic oversight of the company’s financial operations. This role is focused on improving profitability through rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, reporting accuracy, and cost control discipline.
The Finance Manager partners closely with Ownership and the General Manager to provide clear financial visibility, build actionable dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions across labor, food cost, prime cost, and margin performance.
This is a strategic and analytical role with hands-on responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, liquidity management, and operational performance analysis.
