Job description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is a senior operational leader who works closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, inventory and product management, and community engagement.
This role is hands-on and highly present on the floor, requiring strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and employees alike.
This position requires flexibility, including working evenings and weekends, and extended hours during peak summer periods.
Compensation
this position is: salaried, $75,000 - $100,000
