DON'T BE AFRAID OF DIFFERENT . . .
It seems as though we collectively have a knee-jerk reaction to things that are different than what we are used to. We imagine that there is some inherent wisdom in this - things that are familiar can feel safe.
But we'd argue that differences are what lead to innovation, improvement, and success. What is different today can become the new standard a year from now.
Don't be afraid to think about or approach a problem differently. It may be the very thing that will work.
