Sofra,
Sarma & Siena Farms and get the chance to work with James Beard nominated Pastry Chef, Maura Kilpatrick, and Pastry Chef, Molly
Rabideau, preparing Middle Eastern inspired sweets. We offer a professional working environment focused on producing unique pastries and bread while learning new flavors, spices, and practice skills. Qualified candidates must:
- Be available to work weekends and early mornings starting at 5 AM
- Have 2-3 years experience in a professional pastry position
- Have basic knowledge of classic baking techniques and methods
- Be able to work independently a few days a weekBe organized and work clean and efficiently in a timely manner
