Job Description Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Pastry Chef!  We want someone who is creative and motivated to become part of the family that owns Sofra, Sarma & Siena Farms and get the chance to work with James Beard nominated Pastry Chef, Maura Kilpatrick, and Pastry Chef, Molly Rabideau, preparing Middle Eastern inspired sweets.   We offer a professional working environment focused on producing unique pastries and bread while learning new flavors, spices, and practice skills.  Qualified candidates must:

• Be available to work weekends and early mornings starting at 5 AM
• Have 2-3 years experience in a professional pastry position
• Have basic knowledge of classic baking techniques and methods
• Be able to work independently a few days a weekBe organized and work clean and efficiently in a timely manner
