The ideal candidate will have previous high volume restaurant or quick service establishment experience. Must have previous experience in all phases of cooking, including but not limited to, grilling, braising, frying, and sauté. Must have strong work ethic and have strong knowledge of the NYC Department of Health’s rules and regulations. Must be self motivated, organized and exhibit good leadership while having in depth knowledge of all menu items presented. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as assigned. Possession of a NYC Food Protection certificate is preferred, and candidates must own their own set of knives. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
