Job Description
Joe is hiring part-time Barbacks and Baristas in Training at several of our locations.
Barback: $8 or $9/hour plus free coffee (at all 10 locations), including access to educational opportunities and possible quick promotion to barista in training and beyond. No coffee shop experience necessary - just a great work ethic and positive attitude. This is an excellent way to get your foot in the door of specialty coffee.
Barista in Training: Hourly wage plus tips and free coffee (at all 10 locations), including access to monthly educational opportunities. Service experience is required - plus a great work ethic and positive attitude. We are looking for employees with exceptional hospitality skills, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent way to pursue continued growth within specialty coffee.
Free weekly yoga class offered to all employees as well as a free monthly happy hour. Joe is an ethical little family-owned business with a big heart and a great community!
