Job Description
Hardworking, Team-oriented, and Independently-motivated Farm Manager wanted for 100-head artisan beef farm in Springfield, VT. Responsibilities include directing all daily and ongoing farm operations including herd management, pasture care, breeding, data management, fencing, equipment maintenance, supervision of all farm staff, and working as primary liaison with owner, vendors & customers. Organizational and Leadership skills a must, combined with a positive attitude and a vision for promoting & marketing this niche beef product and breed in a changing marketplace. Must be willing to relocate and work long hours, with rotating weekends & holidays.
