Job Description Bar Bolonat, the newly opened West Village eatery from acclaimed Balaboosta and Taïm chef Einat Admony, is seeking line cooks to join our growing team. The cuisine is Modern Israeli, and the environment is fast-paced and fun, all with an emphasis on ensuring the highest quality foods and service for our guests. Cooks will get the opportunity to work with unique Middle Eastern ingredients while working the line alongside the celebrated Chef Einat.

The ideal candidate will:

have excellent knife skills
experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety, and sanitation
be comfortable preparing and executing key components of dishes
ensure quality of product and accuracy
be willing to work hard and support his or her fellow cooks
