About the Position:
CORE is a dynamic, fast-growing company focused on excellence in everything we do. We’re looking for the next addition to our team, to manage fulfillment and customer service for our direct-to-consumer sales. Key responsibilities include:

• Use various web-based software platforms to gather incoming orders
• Record all orders in appropriate documents/systems
• Print and verify accuracy of orders and shipping labels
• Pack and ship orders
• Ensure packages are delivered through UPS and USPS
• Handle and track order-specific customer service issues
• Record and update ongoing inventory of our supplies
• Maintain and keep organized the DTC packing room
• Assist with other logistics and shipping projects as necessary
• Be a fun and motivated part of the CORE Foods team in Oakland!

QUALIFICATIONS An ideal candidate will have previous operations experience in a retail, wholesale or fulfillment role, requiring attention to detail, computer and internet literacy, ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly, ability and willingness to do work while standing and be able to lift 50 lbs. & a love for healthy food. Required commitment of 8 hours per week regular day/week (must be one day or two half days consistently), plus 1-5 other flexible/remote hours as needed.
