Job Description:
- Assist customers in selecting cheese
- Cut and wrap cheese in precise, timely, and aesthetically pleasing manner
- Wrap cheeses in plastic in for display
- Build cheese and charcuterie displays
- Retain an updated knowledge of cheese, wine, beer, and traditional specialty food products
- Create merchandising signs
- Efficiently prepare sandwiches, and other of foods prior to opening and during shift
- Clean and reset for the next day during closing shift
- Keep the kitchen tidy and sanitary, washing dishes and sanitizing in real time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
