The Hill, a restaurant at Serenbe, offers farm fresh cuisine in a warm, gracious atmosphere. We feature a locally sourced menu including organic vegetables from our 25 acre farm and a carefully selected wine, beer and craft cocktail menu. 

Located in the center of Selborne, Serenbe’s first hamlet, The Hill offers lunch, dinner and a weekend brunch. Our seasonal patio will be opening soon with 15 busy tables.

Job description

The Hill, a Restaurant at Serenbe is now hiring experienced servers with a certain level of expertise and the ability to discuss food and wine on a higher level. We are looking for hard working, charismatic individuals to join our team, giving guests an exceptional dining experience in an award-winning location.

The Hill offers farm fresh cuisine in a warm, gracious atmosphere. We focus on a locally sourced menu including organic vegetables from our 25 acre farm and a carefully selected wine, beer and craft cocktail menu. 

The Hill offers lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Our 15-table patio will open soon and drives a heavy business all season long.

Our servers do very well, averaging $500 a week. We are looking to add enthusiastic, professional, and reliable servers, hosts, and bartenders to our team.

Reliable transportation is required. Work weeks will range 20-30 hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years food service preferred
