Company description A Haute Cookie is a retail cookie shop that is opening at The Beacon in Grant Park. We carry a full line of gourmet cookie products that include cookies, brownies, edible cookie dough, cookie pie, cookie cake, ice cream sandwiches, cookie dough sandwiches, frozen cookie bars, bottled milks. Everything is made from scratch daily except the ice cream and milk. Job description A Haute Cookie, a new cookie shop is hiring baking assistants. Commercial experience is a big plus but not necessary. Ideal candidates are self-starting, quick-learning, hard-working people who can happily work in a hot, fast-paced, production environment with established recipes. Must LOVE sweets!

Duties include prepping items, making doughs (brownies & cookie), prepping ice cream/dough sandwiches, baking, some decorating, packaging/labeling.
