We are a small, family-owned, Chef-run business. We work as makers and focus on technique, and product. We are looking for entry level & Sous-Chef (Experienced) cooks.
We work as a team always
and make bread, charcuterie, stocks/sauces, fermentation, pastry, etcetera. This is a faced-paced learning environment.
