We seek a candidate with at least 2 years experience around specialty cheeses. Other key attributes include an ability to learn product in depth and retain information, complete accuracy in taking and entering orders, plus the flexibility to work well in a small company in which we all have varied responsibilities. Other main aspects of this job will involve preparation of cheese samples, answering inbound phone calls with the rest of us, and assistance with cutting of larger wheels for wholesale outbound.
