Mistral Restaurant is currently seeking applicants for a Full-Time Pastry Cook. We are looking for highly qualified, self motivated, creative professionals with strong multi-tasking abilities. Applicants should have pastry training and at least one year of experience in an active, professional kitchen. Responsibilities include assisting with daily a la carte dessert and menu production, in addition to limited breads, breakfast pastries and cakes.
Availability Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7am to 3pm is required.
