Job description

We’re looking for a Brand / Marketing Manager to support the PR, marketing, and brand strategy for our growing portfolio of next generation restaurant brands.


We believe the future of restaurants doesn’t look anything like what we see today. The most successful brands will exist outside four walls and will develop loyal customers through exceptional food experiences, authenticity, and data-driven marketing. At Salted, we are building these brands at locations throughout the country, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join the adventure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping manage the online presence of a growing portfolio of restaurant brands and associated assets (ie, menus, social media, email newsletter)
  • Monitoring customer feedback across social media, Yelp, and other online channels and performing various customer service responsibilities
  • Development and coordination of relationships with account managers at various brand partner companies, such as Postmates, Uber, Grubhub, and DoorDash
  • Participation in the ideation and development of marketing and PR strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Proofreading menus to ensure accuracy across platforms
  • Coordinating PR campaigns across local, regional, and national markets
  • Creation of various weekly reports related to marketing and sales activities
  • Researching and maintaining relationships with new media and traditional PR outlets and influencers
  • Managing various social media channels, including content creation and relationship building

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for food / hospitality
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment with aggressive expectations and goals
  • Loves multi-tasking
  • Experience coordinating marketing and PR campaigns
  • Creative-minded, but organized and detail-oriented to a point where it’s almost a little bit crazy
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills
