Job description

Fresh Thymes is an urban casual Eatery and Marketplace in Boulder, Co. We are passionate about fine food prepared in a upscale counter service environment that prioritizes sustainable practices and local food sourcing.  We are growing strong and looking for an amazing Assistant Manager to join our team.

 

As Assistant Manager, the ideal candidate will desire to grow with Fresh Thymes and be trained to be a General Manager with our growing business. We would love for you to have previous leadership experience and be passionate about high quality nourishing food, but also passionate about how to best treat employees (our most important customers!) and relate to our dedicated community.

 

Outside of learning to be as indispensable as our GM, we also desire this individual to anchor our dinner business, coaching and leading both our BOH and FOH to higher levels of expectation and customer satisfaction.  Our dinner service is much different from the crush of our lunch service. We are always striving to create a better dinner and wine experience while maintaining our casual counter service vibe. This is a salaried position with a quarterly bonus for meeting key performance metrics.
