Our company develops and operates forward-looking restaurant brands that are delivery-only, in partnership with every major delivery platform on the market today. Our brands are focused on deep brand/customer relationships, healthy approaches to traditionally unhealthy cuisines, and creative digital marketing campaigns.
We currently operate in California and will be launching our brands in cities across the country throughout 2018.
We’re looking for a Special Project Manager with a passion for food to join our company and support our growing portfolio of next generation, delivery-first restaurant brands.

The most successful brands will exist outside four walls and will develop loyal customers through exceptional food experiences, authenticity, and data-driven marketing. At Salted, we are building these brands at locations throughout the country, and we are looking for a Special Projects Manager to join the adventure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with executive team on assorted, ad hoc customer service, marketing, and brand projects
- Management of various assets (menus, social media, email newsletter) for our growing portfolio of restaurant brands
- Monitoring customer feedback across social media, Yelp, and other online channels and performing various customer service responsibilities, including phone and email support
- Participation in the ideation and development of marketing and PR strategies to drive brand awareness and sales
- Proofreading menus to ensure accuracy across platforms
- Development and coordination of relationships with account managers at various brand partner companies, such as Postmates, Uber, Grubhub, and DoorDash
- Maintaining accuracy of recipe and ingredient cost databases
- Creation of various weekly reports related to marketing and sales activities
- Market and culinary research
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate for food and looking for a role where you can make a big impact
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
- Thrives in a fast paced environment with aggressive expectations and goals
- Skilled multi-tasker and detailed oriented to a point where it’s almost a little crazy :)
- Positive attitude and eager to help out where there is an organizational need
