Perfect Brew Services is seeking a coffee loving person interested in joining a growing business supporting the specialty coffee industry in the Baltimore/ Washington area. Our business recently moved to a larger space in the Baltimore’s Carrol Camden neighborhood and is hiring new team members to support the expansion.

Our new team member will be a friendly, detail oriented, self-starter to help run the administrative side of Perfect Brew Services. This person will get first-hand experience running a small business, and will need to be ready for a long-term commitment. Hours and days are negotiable and flexible.


This a full-time position with responsibilities including:

  • Inventory management in QB and field service management app
  • Tracking incoming parts orders
  • Customer contact for deliveries
  • Vendor contact for parts and allied products
  • Producing inventory, stock, and sales reports from QB for owner
  • Receiving and taking physical stock of machines and parts
  • Preparing outgoing shipments of machines and parts
  • Building orders and delivering tea/ allied products
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Working collaboratively with administrative head, service manager, and owner of business to manage and improve parts and equipment inventory in field and in shop
  • Provide basic technical support to in house electronics/computer (etc. configuring router, resetting internet, troubleshooting online phone system)


Desired Skills & Abilities

  • Maintain a tidy appearance in casual work environment
  • Valid drivers license
  • Transportation to and from warehouse
  • Quickbooks; creating new items, creating POS, Pulling reports
  • Comfort lifting 50 lbs
  • Able to work independently and takes initiative
  • Familiarity with databases or large data sets in Microsoft suite
  • Passionate about coffee, food, and quality
  • Strong communicator, written and orally
  • Attentive to detail, takes pride in thoroughness
  • Personal integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a small team, and a wide variety of customers
  • Demonstrates competence, including the ability to understand and follow through with time sensitive tasks and projects
  • Experience constructing and completing delivery route in timely fashion
