Internship description M&G is looking for a full-time intern to work alongside the Event Manager. The internship is ideal for someone who is seeking event experience within the greater New York City area.

The internship will be based out of our East Village kitchen, beginning mid January, and will run for 2-3 months (duration is flexible and will be determined by mutual agreement).
 

Intern Responsibilities:

• Play an integral role in coordinating drop-off catering
• Assist with full-service event planning and production
• Oversee and help manage our social media channels including: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest
• Additional responsibilities dependent upon experience and interests

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Undergraduate Program, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience required.
• Passion for all things food, sustainability and wellness
• Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Organized, Resourceful, Flexible and Creative

Internships are unpaid; however, we provide a monthly unlimited metro card for duration of internship (effective after first week) and students may earn academic credit. Meals are also provided. Compensation this position is : college credit
