Looking to get off of bar but still love specialty coffee? Toby’s Estate Coffee is looking for someone organized, friendly and motivated to be our Office Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Clerical duties, including filing, scanning and preparing mailers.
- Ensure the office is tidy, clean and has supplies
- Ordering items for the cafes and wholesale on approval
- Schedule meetings, travel arrangements and other services for the Company
- Administrative support for all departments such as running errands, banking, post office, helping out in the warehouse, events, delivering coffee, laminating, etc
Qualifications:
- Undying love of coffee
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, competence in Office suite, Excel and Google Docs
- Friendly, well-organized, with a can-do attitude
Key details of the role:
- Hours – Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm or as needed (40 hours per week with one hour for lunch)
- 10 days Paid Time Off, plus your birthday off

This position pays $18.00 per hour for a 40 hour work week.
