We offer innovative tea-based beverage programs that can range from iced tea programs to traditional hot tea service to tea sodas. At Brew Lab Tea, we have expertise working with all types of botanicals, and in particular organic ingredients. We use only whole, natural ingredients in our tea blends, and do not add flavors to our tea.
Brew Lab Tea offers each of our partners the opportunity to have an authentic and great-tasting tea program that is a true complement to their overall concept. Our clients include The Public Hotel, The Edition Hotel, Sweetgreen, Dig Inn, Momofuku, Santina, Quality Eats, Claudette, and Bluestone Lane.

Help us with operations and marketing at an awesome beverage start-up!
We are looking for: This entry-level position is ideal for a self-starter who is interested in the beverage space, and is willing to try anything once (or three times). Our ideal candidate has an interest in both operations and sales -- and in soaking in a start-up environment in general! The work is hard and requires serious organizational skills -- but is also fun and rewarding.
You are:
- Passionate about being in the start-up world
- Interested in learning about brand-building via both marketing and operations
- Extraordinarily well organized
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Psyched about beverages and wellness
- Open to working in different cloud-based systems (eg, project management & sales)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with several teams: Sales, Marketing, & Operations
- Sales Related Responsibilities will include:
- Complete sales forms and submissions
- Ship samples and materials
- Marketing Related Responsibilities will include:
- Key role in all aspects of our Events, Happy Hour and Sampling programs
- Communication around all events/happy hours/samplings
- Execution (shipping, event recaps) around all events/happy hours/samplings
- Support Social Media (source content, take pictures and videos from time to time)
- Operations Related Responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management
- Freight Tracking
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and/or Pages, Numbers, Keynote
- Active on social media: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter in particular
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative, organizational and computer skills
- Comfortable working “online”
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail oriented
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Flexible
Required Time:
- 5 days a week (plus occasional weekends)
