We’re a mom and pop/family shop and have poured our hearts and souls into making this dream a reality. We need someone who’s going to match our work ethic and commitment (read: obsession) to quality, hard work, and growth. Must be willing to work some weekends and early mornings.

We are looking for a kitchen/baking assistant to join our growing bakery team and who shares our vision for consistently prepared, high-quality baked goods.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Following proper sanitation guidelines
• Preparing baked goods, preparing fillings and batters, and keeping the workspace clean, including dishes and pans.
• Must have a stellar and willing attitude, be reliable and take pride in your work, and be lighthearted and flexible.  Some early mornings may be required and you must have availability on days leading up to holidays.

We expect you to have:

• Planning and time management skills
• A strong teamwork orientation and the ability to follow directions
• Uphold and follow safety, food safety, and production quality standards
• The ability to work with minimal supervision

You must be able to:

• Stand for several hours a day
• Frequently and continuously lift 5 - 10 pounds
• Comfortably lift 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift 50+ pounds
