Company description From Chef Marco Canora, Brodo Broth Co serves classically prepared bone broths as a beverage, much like a juice bar or coffee shop. The three bone broths— organic chicken, gingered grass-fed beef, and signature Hearth, in addition to a vegan Seaweed-Mushroom, are cooked for up to 24 hours and offered with a choice of fresh add-ins to customize flavor, boost nutrients. Simple, restorative nutrition at its most delicious.  Job description We are hiring a production supervisor to oversee the opening and operations of a new production facility. 

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day production, packaging, and distribution of various broth based products for wholesale customer and Brodo retail locations. 

- Managing day to day operations, including staffing, ordering, and documentation/paperwork.

- Oversee production and staff, with an emphasis on time management and a focus on quality.

- Execute production plans built in conjunction with the operations team.

- Day to day inventory ordering and end of month inventory counts.

Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years managerial and supervising experience, preferably in a fast paced production environment

- Food handlers certificate required.

- Strong leadership skills, ability to make decisions, and multi task.

- Strong communication skills and comfort level working with spreadsheets.
