We are looking for exceptional cooks to fill two residency slots. Residency dates run from:

  • May 23rd - July 7th
  • July 1st- Sept 3rd

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about local food and want to contribute their skills and energy to our made-from-scratch kitchen. Applicants should be enthusiastic, accountable, and unafraid to get their hands dirty. This residency is an incredible opportunity to dive into the exciting local food scene in the Catskills, and learn about the products and people who make it so special.

 

Day to day, culinary residents will work closely with our full time staff to execute our casual, eclectic menu. Pay rate and kitchen station assignment will depend on experience. The work hours will be 40 hrs/week, willingness to work some evening shifts and holiday weekends is a must!

We are offering two residency slots, but would consider hiring one person for both. Housing is not included, but we have successfully connected past residents to affordable housing in the area.
