Job description Due to continued growth, Honest Harvest Pasta is adding a Food Production Specialist to our expanding team.  This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking to work  2-3 days and 15-25 hours per week making "real" food for our passionate customers.

Job Responsibilities
The Food Production Specialist will perform a variety of tasks in a commercial kitchen environment.  Responsibilities include making pasta, ravioli, and fresh pestos and tapenades.  This involves following directions and recipes, accurately measuring ingredients, running kitchen machinery (pasta machine, ravioli machine, blender, food processor, food chopper/cutter, grain mill, stove top, oven), packaging food in containers, and clean up.

Work Environment
The kitchen environment can be hot at times.  You will be required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.  You will be on your feet most of the day.

Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food production experience is preferred but not required.  We provide all training.
