Good candidates should have previous customer service experience in the kitchen, have a good work ethic, and willing to learn. Job description Candidate will work the line in fast paced environment. He/She will learn the recipes created by Chef Manny but also how a small business operates. 

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude
• Quick and adaptable learner
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
