Our brokers and merchandisers have spent the last ten years leading the charge in the natural foods revolution that is steadily changing the landscape of your grocery store aisles, one amazing product at a time.

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Merchandiser to help service our retail accounts in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

1. Support our principals, retailers, and distributors with resets, store openings, trade shows, etc.
2. Understand and adhere to reset guidelines specific to each retailer (follow planograms, preferred tag placement at shelf, etc.).
3. Improve placement of H&G principals while improving overall store sets.
4. Develop positive and trusting relationships with our principals; be an expert in all lines.
5. Develop positive and trusting relationships with store team members.
6. Audit stores to maintain a record of new and existing placement.

Requirements:

• Natural food/retail and merchandising experience strongly preferred
• Willing and able to travel frequently (reliable transportation required)
• Willing and able to work flexible hours (overnights/early mornings)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task
• Interest in organic food and products
