Company description
Gaia's Breath Farm is a holistic, organic, farm specializing in heirloom vegetables and pastured, heritage breed Large Black/G.O.S. pork and Mother's milk fed veal. We strive to produce true farmstead quality food in a manner that benefits all: those who consume our food, our farm and our world. Our on farm 20c kitchen gives us the ability to create old world style charcuterie as well as special cut whole carcasses of pork and veal. We market our products at farmers markets, upscale restaurants and artisan butcher shops and specialty markets. We work hard and put all we have into producing the best food to be found. Our farm has evolved from a fallowed dairy to its present multi-purposed vegetable and animal production. Our continual growth is based upon maintaining a level of premium quality of all we produce, both in terms of health and taste. Gaia's Breath prides itself in taking the extra steps to produce food consistent with its founder's belief system and ethics. Gaia's Breath needs the right person to fit in and help us, and yourself, prosper. If you have the social skills, personality and inner drive, this may be a perfect opportunity for all involved.
