Job description Looking for a hardworking dedicated person who loves taking on responsibilities, crossing "t's, dotting "i"s and working side-by-side with your team members. Being detail driven is essential. We have lots of new projects in the works so the more adaptable you are the better! This is the job for someone who values being given agency to get the job done.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Working with a team to maintain service and cleanliness standards for both of our locations
- Team building- hiring, training and maintaining an excellent work environment and all the requisite materials
- Scheduling and all the complexities involved in balancing needs and a budget
- Payroll
- Building systems and procedures for new projects
- Overseeing multiple revenue centers beyond cups & cones such as events, delivery, bar and collaborations
