Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will lead the flawless execution of Chopt’s day to day brand activities. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with Chopt’s senior marketing leadership to drive growth by delivering against brand objectives. This is an entry level position that will expose an aspiring brand marketer to all aspects of a marketing department within a vibrant and growing brand.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the production and fulfillment of all Marketing collateral including printed and digital materials for promotions, new restaurant openings, and market tests
- Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, restaurant operators, and internal constituents when it comes to Marketing collateral
- Support the development and execution of Marketing campaigns, working with agency and internal resources to ensure their success
- Identify and cultivate Local Store Marketing opportunities, collaborating across department to execute
- Partner with VP, Marketing to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, uncovering key insights and presenting to brand leadership
- Manage budgets and timelines associated with key responsibilities
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years post undergraduate business experience
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross functional teams and external agency partners
- Experience working with print production and e-mail distribution preferred
- Detail-orientation, resourcefulness, and a “whatever it takes” attitude required
- Desire to grow as a Marketer in one of fastest-moving, most exciting categories out there!
Compensation this position is : salaried, varies DOE, $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 Application instructions
