Company description Twin Organics is a 120 acre vegetable farm 35 miles south of Minneapolis and 3 miles north of Northfield, mn. We grow 10-15 acres of field/greenhouse vegetables for restaurants and grocery stores in the Twin Cities.  We also grow organic plant starts.  We have about an acre of greenhouses, machine shop, a large heated packshed, and employee kitchen.  Twin Organics is operated by twin brothers, Jacob and Andrew.  We are certified organic by MOSA and practice sustainable growing techniques. Job description This position runs from at least June-November. Base pay is $13/hour with more available for more experience. 

Full time crew members will work closely with the owners and be involved in all aspects of the farm.  This includes greenhouse work, transplanting, cultivating, field work, irrigation, harvesting and packing.  If you have more interest in one aspect of the farm than another, we can make sure you get more time in that area.

Ideal candidates are either individuals that have experience on vegetable farms or a great desire to learn about growing and selling organic vegetables.
