Chef-owners operated small restaurant, we like to make good food and have a good time working together as a team. we make a combination of standard NYC Chinese take-out items available in combination plates with some a la carte items. we are fine dinning veterans who went to FCI and CIA, we like to hold ourselves to high standards in terms of the product we produce, but we like to do it in a fun and enjoyable work atmosphere where people get along, laugh, listen to music, and are committed to the collective success of the business.
Job description
This is a small restaurant where attention to detail and cleanliness are extra important, we can't afford mistakes and hold ourselves to a high standard. Previous employment in a fast-paced environment is a bonus for consideration. General kitchen skills including accurately measuring, maintaining organized work areas, ability to consistently reproduce dishes and basic operational knowledge of standard equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler and wok are necessary for this position.
This is a full-time PM job with hours including nights & weekends until close.
Compensation
this position is : hourly, $15/hr +
