Job description

• Lead and supervise production, packing and fulfillment 
• Monitor and ensure the highest level of quality and consistency of products
• Enforce all sanitary practices for safe food handling
• Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on/ visit potential sales prospects
• Service and develop relationships with existing accounts to maximize sales
• Maintain meticulous records, proper certifications 

About you:

• 2+ years work experience in related field is desired but not required
• “Can-Do” attitude and be willing to literally roll up your sleeves and contribute on any level
• Skilled multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail
• A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Represent the company/ brand in a professional and positive manner at all times to all trade partners: retailers, wholesalers, distributors and brokers 
• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include some evenings or weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
• Enthusiasm for nutrition, health and wellness
• Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds as necessary
• Able to drive with a clean driving record is a big plus
