- Lead and supervise production, packing and fulfillment
- Monitor and ensure the highest level of quality and consistency of products
- Enforce all sanitary practices for safe food handling
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on/ visit potential sales prospects
- Service and develop relationships with existing accounts to maximize sales
- Maintain meticulous records, proper certifications
- 2+ years work experience in related field is desired but not required
- “Can-Do” attitude and be willing to literally roll up your sleeves and contribute on any level
- Skilled multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility
- Represent the company/ brand in a professional and positive manner at all times to all trade partners: retailers, wholesalers, distributors and brokers
- Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include some evenings or weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
- Enthusiasm for nutrition, health and wellness
- Able to lift 30 to 50 pounds as necessary
- Able to drive with a clean driving record is a big plus
