this position is : hourly, $15/hr +

Roles and Responsibilities Include:
- overseeing the daily operations of our cafe floor, including guest relations, flow of service, and communication between barista and kitchen teams
- maintaining a tidy, clean cafe that meets all Department of Health standards
- leading a team of friendly, skilled baristas; coordinating cafe hiring, training, employee development, and scheduling
- ordering retail goods such as coffee and paper products, ensuring that inventory and POS systems are correct and up to date
- executing the rollout of new products, special events, and holiday offerings in the cafe
Requirements:
- NYC Food Handler's License
- understanding of POS systems

- hourly position with cafe tips

- saucy snacks as often as possible!
