BuddhaBerry is a unique, healthy + creative frozen yogurt concept cafe that also incorporates other delicious, good-for-you edible offerings.  Our specialties include crepes and Belgian waffles (with a focus on organic and gluten-free), acai bowls, smoothies and a full coffee-bar with favorite drinks like matcha, turmeric and an array of chai lattes.  In addition to our delicious food, we are also a full service fill-your-bag candy shop which also sells fun kids retail items like candy themed pj's, pillows and other delights.

Job description BuddhaBerry is looking for a fro-yo/ healthy-food loving individual who is passionate about working with people on the management and customer-service side.  You should have a keen eye for detail and understanding of food quality management.  Buddhaberry values a strong team culture and atmosphere.  As the GM you will work closely with the owner to help foster this culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
* Directly supervise and train staff
* Ensure superior customer service
* oversee POS management during shifts
* Ensure aesthetics throughout shop
* manage food quality control
* should possess some level of barista skills and be able to train staff
* some POS experience preferred
* will help create and make food offerings
* should be able to learn and understand machine and equipment maintenance
