Job Requirements | Culinary Staff:

Punctuality, you will be expected to be ready, dressed and in the kitchen at the start of your shift.

Cleaning, you will be expected to keep the kitchen, the equipment and yourself clean while working and maintaining the standards determined by the chef & DOH

Cooking, you will be expected to learn all the stations during service, complete prep lists and make family meals

Open kitchen, you will be expected to communicate and provide customer service to our guests, as well as cook, expedite, clean and communicate with team members in a polite, kind manner.

Uniforms, you will be expected to wear the required uniform during your shift, comfortable footwear, an apron and a hat, as required by the DOH

Opening/Closing, you will be expected to complete Opening and Closing duties daily, including but not limited to, receiving goods, organizing dry storage, inventory, and POS reports
