Job Requirements | Culinary Staff: 

 

• Punctuality, you will be expected to be ready, dressed and in the kitchen at the start of your shift. 

• Cleaning, you will be expected to keep the kitchen, the equipment and yourself clean while working and maintaining the standards determined by the chef & DOH 

• Cooking, you will be expected to learn all the stations during service, complete prep lists and make family meals 

• Open kitchen, you will be expected to communicate and provide customer service to our guests, as well as cook, expedite, clean and communicate with team members in a polite, kind manner. 

• Uniforms, you will be expected to wear the required uniform during your shift, comfortable footwear, an apron and a hat, as required by the DOH

• Opening/Closing, you will be expected to complete Opening and Closing duties daily, including but not limited to, receiving goods, organizing dry storage, inventory, and POS reports
