• Lead warehouse employees (currently 18 people) in quality control, packing techniques, and order accuracy
• Train the warehouse staff in critical number reporting for open book management
• Build and manage a high performance team
• Maintain warehouse supply inventory
• Liaise with fleet manager and customer service representatives
• Supervise & manage all order receiving, storage, and inventory of produce
• Accountable for order accuracy and quality control

Schedule:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).  Mondays 8am-5pm.  Tuesdays 4am-1pm.  Wednesdays 4am-1pm.  Thursdays 4am-11am.  Fridays 4am-10am.

Job Requirements:

Attention to Detail - We're talking about people's dinner here!  We’re looking for someone who has a commitment to high quality standards.  You must be able to keep a running priority list and juggle multiple requests at once as orders are packed each morning.

Bright Disposition - We have fun packing hundreds of orders at 4 a.m. and we expect you to as well.

Outside-of-the-box Thinker - As an innovative company, we rarely get cookie cutter problems; you should be able to join us outside-of-the-box and develop creative solutions to keeping our customers happy.

Commitment - Like mentioned above, we're looking for someone who's looking for a company to stand behind for the long haul.  This leadership position has a huge impact on every facet of Fresh Harvest and requires a personal commitment to get better year over year.

Self-Starter – Take initiative and do what needs to be done to finish the job and make Fresh Harvest better even without being told.  This takes a high level of organizational skills and collaboration.
