We are seeking full time customer service associates to support with handling the customer service calls, emails and managing our online website chat support. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone seeking to garner experience in the specialty food or customer service industry. This is an hourly position with a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime options during busy holiday weeks.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for taking phone orders and handling inbound client telephone inquiries and sales.
  • Learn the Manhattan Fruitier product catalog and provide gift suggestions to clients.
  • Process and enter orders into entry system via incoming phone calls, emails or other correspondence as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up to insure customer recipients receive gifts.
  • Receive customer complaints and feedback.

 
Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone etiquette, friendly and outgoing.
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills, problem solving
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a high volume/fast paced work environment is a requirement.
  • Previous customer support or call center experience as a client service representative strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with specialty/fine food is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus.
  • Must be willing to work during major holiday seasons. 


 Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
