Job description

Do you have professional kitchen experience with a desire to share your leadership skills with others? Our Prepared Foods department is hiring two new positions to join our dynamic kitchen team! We are seeking talented individuals to be the point person for our Production team, and another for our Food Bar team.

 

Our Production Lead will train, guide and delegate priorities for our cooks who produce large batches of healthy foods and freshly-baked goods daily. This role requires knowledge of baking and production cooking and flexibility to address staff needs and to assure our high standards for quality food production are met . 

 

Our Food Bar Lead will train, guide and delegate priorities for our salad bar and hot bar cooks to meet our daily goals. This role requires knowledge of cooking for a hot bar and prepping salad bars with the flexibility to address staff needs and assure our high standards for quality food are met. 

 

Both Leads will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and  Assistant Manager to ensure precise execution of the Co-op recipes our customers know and love.
