Roe Jan Brewing Company is a new brewery/restaurant that recently opened up in historic Hillsdale, NY. We provide guests with a truly local experience—fresh beer that is brewed on-site, served with food sourced from nearby farms, in a beautifully restored 1850s building that is a rich expression of the history of the town. Our dining room features an open kitchen with a wood-fired grill, an octagonal bar surrounding a grain hopper, and windows with a view into our brewery operations. The brand-new and already popular Roe Jan Brewing Company in Hillsdale, NY is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to greet our guests and accommodate them on arrival. Hosts should have the same positive energy and enthusiasm that our brewers have for crafting our beers and that our kitchen team has for creating fine pub fare from scratch.

Responsibilities include answering the phones during service, booking reservations using RESY, planning out seating based on the needs of the guests and the restaurant, and showing guests to their tables. Pay is $12 an hour plus a share of the tip pool. Restaurant experience is preferred. Nights and weekends are required.
