We are looking for a candidate who will uphold our standards of making the finest halva in the country.
Job description
Hebel & Co is hiring Halvatiers. You will join our team as a Production Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working with confection, or in a bakery, or in a commercial/industrial kitchen environment. Efficiency is a very important aspect of the job. We need a sense of urgency and precision. You are able to handle high pressure and work quickly while still maintaining attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner and is punctual.
You will have many responsibilities, but not limited to:

this position is : hourly, varies DOE, $13.00 - $15.00
Application instructions
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment and factory.
- Follow opening and closing procedures depending on your schedule.
- Prepare and measure ingredients.
- Pack finished product.
- Inventory ingredients, packaging, materials, etc.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment.
- And many more skills that you will learn on the job.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours
- ServSafe food certification is required
- Dishwashing / Cleaning required
