Production Assistant

The Production Assistant will work closely with the Production Manager/Chef to help facilitate daily preparation and production of large and small volume chocolate items while ensuring proper technique and quality of products.

Job Qualifications (preferred):

• Working knowledge of tempering chocolate and working with a chocolate enrobing machine
• Proficiency working in the Pastry Arts but not limited to chocolates, confections, and individual/production pastries
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully
• Ability to meet physical demands including extended periods of standing and walking throughout the day; able to lift and carry 25-50 pounds, push/ pull up to 50 pounds
