What you'll do
- Become an expert on the operations and mission at Farm To People
- Execute prompt response time with customer tickets
- Collaborate with the team to identify and track issues and trends to improve customer experience.
- Report weekly issues to the team
- Correspond with driver manager and drivers to solve problems
- Identify opportunities to create new processes and improve current ones
- Help develop a brand voice and ensure consistency of voice across all platforms and formats.
What You Bring To The Table
- 2 years experience in a customer facing role
- Exceptional and empathetic written communication skills
- Professional and confident oral communication skills
- A strong drive to improve and provide a near perfect customer experience
- The ability to work evenings & weekends is highly preferred.
- Emotionally intelligent, solution-oriented communication
- Ability to learn multiple internal systems and processes quickly
- Detail-oriented with a deliberate pace
- A love of learning & the ability to keep up with a constantly changing environment
- A motivated, positive, and selfless attitude
