We are looking for a part time prep/brunch cook at Rivertown Lodge. We need someone to work two 6 hour prep shifts(Friday and Saturday) and one 8 hour brunch/prep shift(Sunday). This position has the potential to expand to full-time (3 prep shifts and 2 brunch shifts). We are a small kitchen but source our product responsibly and work closely with local farmers. We make almost everything in house from charcuterie, bread, pasta's and more, so attention to detail is very important. We are looking for a career oriented, driven, hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience with a solid work ethic, be flexible and open-minded, and reflect a positive professional attitude with the ability to work well with our team.

 

Main Duties include receiving and proper rotation of food stock, preparing mise en place, setting up and working the line for brunch, cleanliness and upkeep of refrigerators, freezers and other kitchen equipment, cleaning as you work, food safety and professionalism.

 

NY Food Handler's certificate a plus!
